CSA Customer Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical specifications from customers, defining and preparing the service Scope of Work, ensuring accurate cost control, and managing technical risks.
• Estimate OPEX costs for existing and new technologies.
• Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to optimize proposals and support negotiations with customers on technical aspects.
• Work closely with the regional commercial team as a key partner in strategy development to create the most competitive and winning proposal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field from an accredited college or university.
• 0-4 years of industry experience in a role as Project Engineer, Design Engineer, Application Engineer or Project Manager.
• Fluent spoken and written English; ability to travel with short notice.
• Desired: Master's degree in engineering with focus on turbo-machinery; specific O&G market knowledge; good knowledge of rotating machinery, particularly Gas Turbines.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time; good interpersonal and communication skills; willing to work in a team; able to work autonomously under pressure and with tight deadlines; GB/BB certified.
