Environmental Health & Safety Advisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all environmental-related concerns connected to the LMS100 Test Bench and new projects.
• Coordinate with AAJV on Title V compliance and reporting.
• Manage Title V Air Permit compliance and maintain knowledge of Texas environmental regulations (TCEQ).
• Manage and assist with environmental reporting, data recording, and data reporting.
• Manage corrective action plans and develop responses to regulatory agencies as needed.
• Provide guidance to field HSE and operations personnel on all aspects of environmental compliance.
• Develop and provide site-specific environmental training.
• Support the EHS needs of projects (safety orientation, audits, etc.).
• Coordinate with external bodies to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Have a bachelor's degree in an environmental discipline.
• Have an understanding of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations, including RCRA, SPCC, NPDES, and CAA.
• Have an understanding of Title V permitting requirements.
• Have Visual Emission Training as an asset.
• Have First Aid or First Responder Training as an asset.
• Have a general understanding of state-specific environmental regulations relating to storage tanks, storm water, air, and waste.
• Have the ability to read and interpret state and federal regulations.
• Have the ability to provide general environmental training to employees.
