About the Role
Support the restart of the Duane Arnold Energy Center nuclear plant, driving scheduling activities such as developing and maintaining maintenance schedules, coordinating work package sequencing, and aligning cross-functional teams to ensure on-time execution across plant systems. This is a full-time, project-bound role with an expected duration through December 30, 2028.
Responsibilities
- Lead substantial and complex projects independently to ensure completion in accordance with schedule date.
- Develop project plans such that stakeholders and contributors understand their assignments and timing.
- Deploy resources efficiently, ensuring that work performance flows without bottlenecks and gaps.
- Innovate solutions to problems that arise from changing project circumstances.
- Value and effectively incorporate certain functional experts into projects.
- Calculate costs and control expenses to budget.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Grad / GED; Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience.
- Experience: 4+ years; minimum experience in lieu of degree: 9+ years.
- Preferred: Bachelor's - Engineering.
