Software Project Management Advisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project scope, plan milestones, and drive execution efficiency through effective project planning and resource management
• Develop execution strategies and roadmaps, including defining objectives, timelines, and resource allocation plans
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to align project scope, priorities, and delivery plans with contractual requirements
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication throughout project execution
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery outcomes
• Own project financials, including revenue recognition, invoicing, change orders, and budget management
• Monitor financial performance and ensure cost elements are managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle
• Track project progress against milestones, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing corrective actions when required
• Provide regular project status updates and reporting to customers, stakeholders, and leadership teams
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with project objectives and customer expectations
• Manage project changes related to scope, schedule, and resources while maintaining proper documentation and communication
• Analyze project outcomes and lessons learned to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and future delivery excellence

Qualifications

• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital and Software Project Management
• Have proven experience analyzing and resolving complex business and project challenges
• Demonstrate the ability to successfully lead programs and projects in a customer-facing environment
• Possess established project management expertise with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
