Expert Operations & Performance Monitoring

Responsibilities

• Act as Technical Manager (Responsabile Tecnico) under DM 37/08 for electrical installations.
• Support the definition of company technical standards for the design, installation, testing and maintenance of EV charging stations.
• Optimize and design workflows and processes.
• Collect, analyze and interpret company data to monitor project progress, identify anomalies, resolve issues, and prepare reports.
• Coordinate the activities of the team responsible for testing and monitoring, staying up to date on the latest technologies and trends in electric mobility to ensure the team adopts the most advanced and effective solutions.
• Verify compliance with worker safety and health requirements and procedures by executing/supplier companies of Plenitude On The Road.
• Collaborate with the HSE unit for field control of safety procedures on sites where the company acts as Client or Contractor (non-executing).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in an engineering field; other qualifications may be considered with significant relevant experience and in line with DM 37/08 for the Technical Manager role.
• At least 3 years of experience gained in similar contexts.
• In-depth knowledge of LV and MV electrical systems, photovoltaic systems, storage systems and applicable regulations.
• In-depth knowledge of D.lgs 81/08 and site management procedures for worker safety and health.
• Familiarity with grid connection processes and management of technical practices.
• Good knowledge of English.
