About the Role
Halliburton's Sperry Drilling department in Stavanger is expanding its workshop team due to increasing workload. The Sperry repair & maintenance workshop performs scheduled maintenance on L/MWD (logging/measurement-while-drilling) sensors, working to short deadlines to prepare equipment for offshore operations under strict quality and safety requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance (R&M) on L/MWD sensors in the Sperry R&M workshop.
- Prepare and clear equipment for offshore operations to short deadlines while meeting strict quality and safety requirements.
- Champion the Company's HSE procedures in all daily job activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum two-year related workshop experience.
- Basic knowledge with 5s and process improvements.
- Able to handle both Norwegian and English as working language.
- Experience from downhole drilling equipment maintenance would be preferable.
- Able to handle a busy work environment with frequent changes and stay focused on details and delivering a product of the highest quality possible.
- Able to function in a team and care for your colleagues.
- Sets high standards for own work/product with regard to quality and can think safely in all tasks/assignments.
- Hardworking with good communicational and co-operational skills.
