Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Leading efforts to develop new process technologies and implementing product designs into production.
• Completing special projects and executing tasks related to product and equipment design and testing.
• Prioritizing work to meet production schedules and product release deadlines.
• Supporting lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Preparing and delivering weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Supporting daily production requirements, engineering changes, and technical problem-solving.
• Improving key performance indicators such as on-time delivery, yield, and efficiency.
• Designing tools and equipment while providing training to production personnel.
• Coordinating with remote sites and collaborating with suppliers to ensure operational alignment.

Qualifications

• Have a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Have 2-5 years of experience in mechanical design or manufacturing engineering.
• Have operational knowledge of machinery, tools, and manufacturing processes.
• Have experience using measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Have working knowledge of CAD, drafting tools, Microsoft Office, and MS Project.
• Have exposure to PLC systems and welding processes (preferred).
• Have strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and safety.
• Have the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
