About the Role
As a Test Specialist - Planning, you will plan testing activities and support the Technology Team by organizing and scheduling demand for small, medium and large-scale testing projects in plant laboratories, working closely with the Test Engineering team to ensure alignment and on-time delivery. The role focuses on Flexible Pipe qualification testing for offshore operations.
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain planning data in Primavera P6
- Manage planning activities related to Flexible Pipe qualification testing
- Monitor and control team performance indicators such as OTD (On-Time Delivery) and OTC
- Create and update test and assembly schedules for Flexible Pipes
- Track project progress in coordination with the Project Manager and provide updated schedules to be shared with customers
- Ensure compliance with company Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures applied by employees, suppliers and third parties
- Report non-conformities, deviations, accidents, incidents or potential risk situations and interrupt unsafe conditions when identified
Qualifications
- Have, or be currently pursuing, a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related Planning fields, with availability to work full-time (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Primavera P6 (mandatory)
- Fluency in English (written, reading and verbal communication) (mandatory)
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Experience in Planning activities within the Offshore segment (desirable)
- Experience with Flexible Pipes in Offshore environments (desirable)
