About the Role
Baker Hughes Service Delivery Coordinator for Upper Completions based in Cepagatti, Italy, coordinating well construction/completion projects for the CWI business. Customer-facing role overseeing planning through operational deployment and closing, using Job Center and the intelligent Managing the Job Cycle (iMtJC) process to drive on-time, high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Executes the HSE 5 fundamentals every day, every job, every task.
- Executes the 5 fundamentals of Service Delivery.
- Interacts with customer representative for preparation, execution and completion of all upcoming and ongoing job activities.
- Uses Job Center to comply with the intelligent Managing the Job Cycle (iMtJC) ensuring all job activities are executed in line with customer and Baker Hughes' requirements.
- Manages change as it occurs across the job cycle for both planned and unplanned events.
- Provides technical support and coaching of field personnel remotely before, during, and after the job.
- Provides support as needed to close incidents with customers as well as with the global technical product line and ensures lessons learned are implemented.
- Serves as subject matter expert on technical aspects within their product line.
- Works with Sales and Service Delivery Technical to provide operational advice related to technical planning.
- Responsible for inputting and managing data within Job Center.
- Conducts job briefing during planning and debriefing after closing for every job/activity.
- Communicates billing events to B&C using the Job Center ticket.
- Plans mid-range operation activity volume & complexity forecast to align the correct resources for flawless execution & on-time delivery.
- Prepares daily operational updates for ongoing job activities as required.
- Reports incidents and manages communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Oversees ongoing operations and provides direct support to field personnel on location.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university, or relevant industry experience.
- Strong experience in Well Completions with a minimum of 5 years as a coordinator.
- Leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills, with proven personnel development skills.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills, including the ability to organize meetings and distribute accurate and succinct minutes of meetings.
