About the Role
Eni is hiring a Junior Real Estate & Technical Audit professional at Eniservizi in San Donato Milanese, Italy — the Eni company that provides facility management services and supports the business of Eni and its subsidiaries. Your team manages and transforms workspaces, handling real estate, space planning, and interior design activities to support the evolving needs of the business.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate in the search for office space across the country to respond to new or changing employment needs.
- Provide design support, in terms of space planning and interior design, for renovation and customization works of new or existing offices.
- Collaborate in the verification of technical and economic offers relating to office customization works.
- Oversee the production of technical specifications relating to design, furnishings, and other space-planning and interior-design fields.
- Follow up on monitoring project objectives (time, costs, quality) and prepare the related descriptive reporting.
- Support the preparation and set-up of office layouts, verifying compliance with ergonomic, hygiene, and workplace safety criteria, and manage layout changes based on company employment changes.
- Prepare and update office floor plans in CAD or similar media, detailing desk names, defining ancillary areas, calculating occupied office surfaces, and calculating workstations per building based on occupants.
- Support the creation of sketches and 3D renderings for interior design projects.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Architecture, Civil, or Building Engineering.
- Experience not exceeding 3 years gained in similar roles.
- Familiarity with the advanced use of AutoCAD and Revit.
- Good ability to create 3D renderings and sketches with specific programs.
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Availability to travel within Italy.
