About the Role
Under direct supervision, the Service Operator I-II - Frac/Acid rigs up and rigs down equipment on location, prepares equipment for jobs, and operates service equipment safely during the delivery of Production Enhancement services. Involves both day and night shifts at the well site.
Responsibilities
- Under direct supervision, perform equipment rig up and rig down on location and prepare equipment for performing a job.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with work performed.
- Operate service equipment safely, including DME, high-pressure pumps and/or blenders, during the delivery of services in accordance with the customer's job design and KPIs.
- Perform necessary calculations at the well site as needed.
- Perform data collection and data distribution on jobs as needed.
- Coordinate the clean-up, repair and preparation of equipment for the next job.
- Utilize competency processes to enhance skills development and job performance.
- Maintain knowledge of HMS and HSE standards.
- Promote and contribute to safety awareness and environmental consciousness.
- Promote and take an active part in quality and continuous improvement processes.
- Work both day and night shifts.
Qualifications
- Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have Class A CDL licensure.
- Must have a satisfactory driver record with no DWI/DUI convictions in the past three years or any current DWI/DUI charges.
- Completion of Operator Assistant II, Service Operator I, and/or Service Operator II - Frac/Acid competencies (depending on the position qualified for), or a similar level of competence from previous industry experience.
