Service Operator I-II - Service Specialist - Frac/Acid

Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision, perform equipment rig up and rig down on location and prepare equipment for performing a job.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with work performed.
• Operate service equipment safely, including DME, high-pressure pumps and/or blenders, during the delivery of services in accordance with the customer's job design and KPIs.
• Perform necessary calculations at the well site as needed.
• Perform data collection and data distribution on jobs as needed.
• Coordinate the clean-up, repair and preparation of equipment for the next job.
• Utilize competency processes to enhance skills development and job performance.
• Maintain knowledge of HMS and HSE standards.
• Promote and contribute to safety awareness and environmental consciousness.
• Promote and take an active part in quality and continuous improvement processes.
• Work both day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have Class A CDL licensure.
• Must have a satisfactory driver record with no DWI/DUI convictions in the past three years or any current DWI/DUI charges.
• Completion of Operator Assistant II, Service Operator I, and/or Service Operator II - Frac/Acid competencies (depending on the position qualified for), or a similar level of competence from previous industry experience.
