Construction Accommodation Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure all construction and commissioning activities of the discipline are carried out at site according to the approved plans, specifications, and project schedule, in compliance with HSSE and Quality regulations and standards.
• Supervise the daily operations of the discipline at site including workforce management, material handling, and equipment usage, ensuring the site team works with the latest project drawings, specifications, and procedures.
• Enforce HSSE protocols and procedures to ensure all construction activities comply with company regulations and standards.
• Coordinate between the construction team, project management, and other stakeholders to resolve issues or conflicts.
• Provide guidance and resolve challenges to achieve seamless transitions and handovers.
• Implement changes to the construction plan or scope, assessing impacts on the project.
• Prepare and submit reports to the project management team, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role, with strong understanding of construction and commissioning management processes in the relevant discipline.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and technical documents.
• Functional competencies: inspection, testing, commissioning and monitoring; third-party relation management; construction, commissioning, and quality strategy; naval architecture (accommodation design); HSSE, quality, regulatory and process safety leadership; design and execution technical understanding; risk management; and planning.
