Project Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure project implementation, as well as work packages and constraints, are accurately integrated into project planning scenarios.
• Monitor progress and produce accurate projections.
• Ensure other functions have access to accurate current reports and projections, and that relevant reports are available for the customer.
• Advise Functional managers or other functions regarding approaches, processes, and procedures in the own field.
• Handle communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems.
• Lead as a project leader of medium-sized projects or as a major contributor to bigger projects.
• Work toward goals that typically take 3-6 months to complete, with a time horizon for results/impact typically 2-12 months after the event.

Qualifications

• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Project Management).
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Planning.
• Have previous experience in the Wellhead industry.
• Have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Be able to influence others and lead small teams.
• Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
• Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Have effective problem identification and solution skills.
• Have proven analytical and organizational ability.
