Service Leader - Cementing

Responsibilities

• Work with PDC and HR to hire operational staff; establish and follow development plans for the assigned operational team.
• Perform applicable performance and competency assessments and disciplinary activities as necessary, up to and including termination proceedings, in collaboration with PDC and HR.
• Assist with pre-job preparations by reviewing the cement job plan with the Technical Professional and cement crew, addressing equipment and/or operational concerns before mobilizing.
• Supervise employees delivering cementing services and products, ensuring they follow applicable customer and Halliburton HSE procedures, Halliburton Management System (HMS) procedures, and the approved cement job plan; initiate Management of Change when required.
• Hold pre- and post-job safety meetings; review job performance with the crew to identify improvement opportunities.
• Use extensive cementing knowledge to help the team resolve equipment and job-execution problems; engage employees in all PSL/regional initiatives in the field.
• Continually evaluate service quality (including performance metrics such as equipment maintenance compliance and readiness) to improve HSE performance, utilization, cost, service efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop good customer relationships at the well site, providing operational expertise and solutions and following up on job performance, including resolving job disputes and issues to approved levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2 years of experience as a Service Supervisor or Service Specialist.
