About the Role
The Reward Specialist advises on local Reward decisions to support the company's competitiveness in a country, while ensuring they are aligned with Group Reward strategy and local legislations. As part of the Global Reward Team dedicated to the country in charge, the Reward Specialist works hand in hand with the local HR Team to ensure relevant reward practices in line with the Group and local HR strategies.
Responsibilities
- Conducting regular analysis and benchmarks on compensation and benefits practices.
- Supporting local stakeholders by providing advice and recommendations to ensure effective and equitable Reward decisions are taken.
- Keeping the Reward expertise up to date within your perimeter.
- Proposing to your stakeholders the design or implementation of the local Reward programs, in line with the Group Reward roadmap and internal customer needs.
- Driving continuous improvement and change on Reward tools, policies and practices within your perimeter to meet strategic goals.
- Actively participating as a key contributor to Global Reward projects or campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is often preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong experience in Compensation and Benefits or related HR fields.
- Demonstrated experience in leading C&B processes or projects.
- Functional competencies: Employee Relations, Diversity and Inclusion, Analytics and Reporting, Business Partnering, Employee Value Proposition, Change Management, Reward, and External benchmark.
